NAD+ Therapy

Restore Cellular Energy Support.

Men’s bodies do change over time—energy, recovery, sleep, and resilience can feel different in midlife.

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a naturally occurring coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism. Some men explore subcutaneous (SubQ) NAD+ as a structured, physician-guided option to support energy, recovery, and overall vitality—especially when the basics (sleep, training, nutrition, stress) are already being addressed.

The Recharge & Resilience Program

SubQ NAD+ Therapy

NAD+ is present in every cell and plays a key role in processes involved in energy production and cellular function. NAD+ levels appear to change with age, lifestyle, and physiologic stress. In this program, Rev for Men clinicians evaluate whether SubQ NAD+ may be an appropriate option for you, then build a plan that fits your goals, tolerance, and schedule.

Note: NAD+ therapy is an evolving area. Clinical outcomes vary, and individual response is not guaranteed.

Potential Reasons Men Explore NAD+ Support

Some men report that NAD+ therapy may help support:

  • Daytime energy and stamina

  • Exercise recovery

  • Mental clarity and focus

  • Sleep quality (indirectly, via better recovery/energy regulation for some people)

  • Overall resilience during demanding seasons (work stress, heavy training blocks, travel)

Learn more about NAD+ Therapy

Why NAD+?

NAD+ is involved in pathways that support how the body converts nutrients into energy and helps regulate cellular processes related to repair and stress response.

Is NAD+ therapy safe?

Your clinician will review your medical history, medications, and goals to determine suitability. Side effects can occur and vary by person. Some people experience temporary nausea, flushing, headache, jitteriness, or injection-site irritation. Rare or more serious issues may occur, which is why medical oversight matters.

How is SubQ NAD+ taken?

SubQ means a small injection into the fatty tissue under the skin using a short needle. We provide training so you feel confident with technique, storage, and safe disposal.

How will we know if it’s working?

You and your clinician will track symptoms and functional outcomes (energy, sleep, recovery, training consistency, focus). If desired, your plan can also integrate objective markers like wearable trends and basic labs when clinically indicated.

Who is (and isn’t) a good candidate?

This program may be considered for men seeking structured support for energy/recovery who are also working on fundamentals. It may not be appropriate for everyone (for example, certain medical conditions, medication interactions, or intolerance to therapy). Your clinician will screen carefully.
